It's the NIKKOR AF 50mm f/1.8D.
It's one of the cheapest lens made by nikkor, but is also among the sharpest lens ever. Plus, a very wide aperture (f/1.8) makes it fantastic for indoor low-light shots.
What's more, f/1.8 means very shallow deph of field!
Nifty fifty.
Need not worry about its quality- it's a NIKON.
