The Jigglypuff of Mount. Doom Signalled The Death Of The Unicorns

Back to the Lala phenomenon again.

We all know that Lalas have established their own internet lingo.
orhx, muacks, XD, lolx is what they have in their vocabulary. There's more to it, of course.

Notice that the Lalas add an X to every word they type.
For example :
fuckx youx
makex lovex
hehex
lorx
and so on.

Therefore, it is very simple to identify a Lala. Just see how they type.
Do you type like a Lala?

If you do, you are in danger of being eaten up by the Lalas, just like this poor kitten.

* It's total bullshit, sure Lalas use orhx and XD, but they certainly don't put an X after every word.
* Also, thanks Ian, for FINALLY deciding to join us.
* How do people even type like this : BEEDEO NO RONGER ABAILABEL!!!
Respect.

Torrential Rains Killed My Cow

Malaysia has three types of schools -
1) Public Schools (anyone can attend, no fees for education except the occasional Parent Teacher Association fund)
2) Private Schools (high fees, for better facilities, teachers are generally the same 'standard' as public school teachers)
3) International Schools (good education + dedicated teachers, a sure win, but expensive)

Us, from the public schools, generally view private school students as snobs who have filthy rich parents who pamper them, putting it shortly, we show hatred towards them, and not much respect too, they are thought to be stupid and selfish.

As for international school students, we don't put much thought into them, other than them being ang moh-fied kids.

Yes, I know it's not good to apply such stereotypes, but what can we do? We were given this mentality ever since there was such diversity in the schooling system.

I wonder what they think of us?

Norman Borlaug Is Someone You Probably Haven't Heard Of

Have there been instances where someone promised to be at a place, but didn't turn up, and right before the meeting time, sms-ed you instead of calling you and gave you a lame excuse?
In Cantonese, we have a term for it, Fong Fei Kei.
In Mandarin, it is 放飞机.
In English, it literally means Letting the Plane Go.
No one really knows how this term came about.

It is one of the worst kind of betrayal a human being can receive, and just might damage relationships.
I am ashamed of myself, I have Fong Fei Kei-ed and got Fong Fei Kei-ed by people.
Have you ever done it? Have you ever received it? And how did it feel?

Let us take vows to never Fong Fei Kei anyone.

The Invisible Pink Unicorn vs. The Flying Spaghetti Monster

Time is creeping by, and I am beginning to feel as strongly as ever that school is a complete waste of my time.
What say you?

This is our last year in high school, after that it's the real world.
College -> University -> Work -> Family
How many of us will be able to succeed in life? How many of us will be able to look back and say that he/she has climbed high up the social ladder?

The reality is, many will continue to live from hand to mouth, others might just crash and burn, and a small, very small percentage will be up at the top, above all their peers.
The world is but a place where
The strong devours the weak,
Yang kuat baham yang lemah,
弱肉强食。

I wish we can live on without such worries, ignorant of the world's atrocities.
But that is not the case, as we draw closer to the biggest exam of high school, one cannot help but stop and think, "If only life was much more forgiving to allow us to live an endless childhood."

What are you looking at right now?

The Geeks Will Get the Girls, Someday

Birds of a feather flock together.
We all know that.
物以类聚,人以群分。

In that perverted school of ours, we probably only have two 'races', you're either Lala or non-Lala.
Lalas simply dress, move, talk(and pretty much everything a human does) like their Japanese/Tawainese counterparts. I hope I got the definition right.

In my humblest opinion, the Lala population > the non-Lala population.
The non-Lalas(me included) aka non-conformists-hypocrites-who-think-oh-so-highly-of-
themselves-they-can-never-have-anything-to-do-with-the-Lalas
should show the Lalas some respect.
People can do whatever they want. Leave them be.
Don't be a noob, accept this phenomena, shut up and get on with your life.

Maybe the only problem I have with the Lalas in school, is probably because most of them are empty in the head(not to mention that really bad taste in music), ya know?
Sigh...

Emos are the best, they're smart, they look cool and have great music taste. =)
