How do we overcome fear? Bruce Lee hung dead cockroaches around his neck to eliminate his fear for them. So does that mean to overcome fear, we embrace it?
To me, psychological fear is the best fear tool.
To this day, after trying to eliminate my fear by watching this .gif file many times, I am still disturbed by it.
